儒学领导力及其对企业绩效影响的整合理论框架

摘　　要：本文按照儒学修身、齐家、治国、平天下逻辑顺序,采用定性研究方法,构建出儒学领导力的仁、智、勇内圣维度和义、礼、信外王维度。研究将齐家理念与工作—家庭一体化理论相结合,作为儒学领导力提升企业经济和社会绩效的中介变量。企业经济绩效的提升是其治理企业(治国)的目的,而企业社会绩效的提升是儒学领导力构建和谐产业生态的社会贡献,是儒者对社会责任担当,也即为平天下的责任。据此,研究构建出由儒学内圣外王、工作—家庭(家国)一体化、经济绩效、社会绩效、家庭伦理、家庭伦理的企业管理制度以及员工的个人主义—集体主义价值观等变量组成的整合理论框架。Based on the logical order of Confucian self-moral cultivation,family regulation,country governance and world peace-and-order preservation,this paper adopts qualitative research approach to construct internal sage dimensions of benevolence,wisdom,courage and external king dimensions of righteousness,courtesy and faith in Confucian leadership.The study combines the concept of family regulation with the theory of work-family integration as an intermediary variable in Confucian leadership to improve enterprise economic and social performance.The purpose of enterprise governance(country governance)is to improve economic performance,while the improvement of enterprise social performance is the social contribution of Confucian leadership to building a harmonious industrial ecology,and the Confucian s social responsibility is the responsibility for preserving the peace and order of the world.Accordingly,the study constructs an integrated theoretical framework composed of enterprise management system including Confucianism,internal sage and external king,work-family(family-country)integration,economic performance,social performance,family ethics,and variables such as employees individualism and collectivism.
