摘  要:局部解剖学是基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程。在实验教学中,吸取既往教学经验,依托广东医科大学虚拟仿真平台,引进实物标本数字化系统和高清数字解剖互动教学系统,虚实结合,同时应用TBL教学法,能够充分调动学生学习兴趣,加强学生知识记忆,增强合作精神,提高操作水平,避免标本浪费,使教师容易教,学生容易学。不断探索虚实结合与多种教学方法相融合的教学模式是提高局部解剖学教学质量的主要方向之一。Regional anatomy is a bridge course connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,and its experimental teaching,the guarantee of teaching effect,is demanding for both teachers and students.Based on the virtual simulation platform of Guangdong Medical University,the authors introduced a digitized physical specimen system and a HD digital anatomy interactive teaching system,combining virtuality and reality,and applied TBL teaching method to the experiment teaching.This teaching method worked well because it improved the students’learning interest,memory,cooperation,and operation skills;besides,the methods also avoided wasting specimens.All above-mentioned benefits have made the course easier for both teachers and students.It is one of the future directions to explore the combination of virtual simulation and various teaching methods so as to improve the teaching quality.
