摘　　要：我国公共卫生硕士专业学位(MPH)研究生培养起步较晚,如何在“大健康”背景下,培养出懂得公共卫生、系统防疫和应急响应的高素质应用型人才,是公共卫生人才教育面临的重要问题。文章通过分析和借鉴国内外MPH研究生培养模式,总结我国研究生培养中存在的问题,并梳理近五年中国医科大学公共卫生学院在MPH人才培养改革中的探索,为我国MPH研究生培养方案的优化提供参考。Since the training programs of Master of Public Health(MPH)started late in China,public health education has been faced with an urgent task of cultivating high-quality applied talents who understand public health,systematic epidemic prevention and emergency response under the background of“One Health”.This paper first analyzes MPH training modes both at home and abroad,identifies problems in the cultivation of MPH students in China,and summarizes the teaching reforms of previous five years in MPH talent cultivation in the School of Public Health of China Medical University,so as to provide reference for the optimization of the cultivation program of MPH in China.
