摘　　要：阅读是英语学习的重要方式,同时也是重要的应用能力。在新时代背景下,大学生养成良好的阅读习惯,对于自身的学习及未来的发展都有很大帮助。分析了大学生英语阅读中存在阅读范围较窄、阅读能力不足、缺乏阅读兴趣等问题,探讨了大学生可以通过英语阅读长期训练、英语教师的引导、探索自身兴趣领域等方式实现英语阅读习惯的养成。提出了通过拓展学生的知识维度、根据兴趣领域建立阅读习惯、阅读训练要与自身能力相匹配等策略,培养大学生的阅读习惯,从而提升自身的英语阅读能力,熟练掌握英语技巧,培养良好的英语听说读写能力,为今后的职业发展奠定良好基础。Reading is the important method of English learning,and it is also the important application ability.In the new era,the cultivation of good reading habit of college students helps self learning and future development a lot.The research analyzes the problems,such as the narrow scope of reading scope,lack of reading ability,and lack of reading interest,etc.Then the research explores the cultivation of English reading habit from the following methods,such as the long-term training of English reading,guidance from the English teachers,and the exploration of self interest.Strategies are proposed through the expansion of student’s knowledge dimensionality,the form of reading habit from interest field,and the match of reading training with self ability,etc.to train college student’s reading habit,in order to promote student’s English reading ability,grasp English skills,train good English listening,speaking,reading and writing ability,and lay good foundation for their future vocational development.
