摘　　要：文章主要讲述了以西门子S7-1500F PLC作为AGV运动控制器,利用磁导航传感器对地面铺设磁条路径寻迹,通过RFID对站点位置进行定位,MES系统与PLC数据交互实现AGV位置自动调整,利用地面非接触供电给AGV提供动力电源,激光防碰撞传感器(PLS)技术的应用实现AGV的安全停车。同时以西门子触摸屏作为车体人机交互界面,开发建立了AGV控制系统,实现了AGV的直行、转向、自动运行、调速及站点停车等功能。This article mainly tells the story of Siemens S7-1500F PLC as AGV motion controller,using magnetic navigation path tracing for ground laid magnetic stripe,through the RFID reading the site location,ground non-contact power supply to provide power supply,PLC interactions with the data of the MES system has realized the AGV car body position automatic adjustment,the application of laser crash-proof technology(PLS).At the same time,the touch screen is used as the manmachine interaction interface,and the AGV control system is developed and established,and the AGV functions such as straight line,steering,automatic operation,speed regulation and stop are realized.
