摘　　要：职业教育的本质是提升学生的职业素质及全面发展,为此探索在1+X证书制度下对新能源汽车专业教学模式及人才培养方向优化的改革。从传统教学模式,单一的知识考核体系都对现如今的职业教育造成了阻碍,且不能适应现代社会的发展,也影响了职业教学的深入探究,本文旨在在1+X证书制度的引导下优化教学方法和改变教学结构,同时对1+X证书制度进行优化,在1+X证书制度下升华教学方法及人才培养的提高。The essence of vocational education is to improve the professional quality and all-round development of students,so explore the reform of new energy vehicle professional teaching mode and talent training direction optimization under the 1+X certificate system.Both the traditional teaching mode and the single knowledge assessment system have hindered the current vocational education,and also affected the in-depth development of vocational education.This paper aims to optimize teaching methods and change teaching structure under the guidance of 1+X certificate system,and improve teaching methods and talent cultivation under the guidance of 1+X certificate system.
