职校计算机技能型紧缺人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：随着计算机技术的不断完善,社会更加重视推行和培养更多类型的计算机行业专业技术人才。职校需要改变计算机技术专业原本的教学方式,将宝贵的教学经验和崭新的教学理念进行有机融合,让学生掌握更先进的计算机技术,促进学生的全面发展。文章对现阶段职校计算机课程教学方式进行了分析和总结,并提出一些切实可行的教学方案,旨在帮助更多教师能够及时完善原本的人才培养模式。With the continuous improvement of computer technology,the society pays more attention to the implementation and training of more types of professional and technical personnel in computer industry.Vocational schools need to change the original teaching methods of computer technology major,combine valuable teaching experience with new teaching ideas organically,let students master more advanced computer technology,and promote the all-round development of students.This paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching methods of computer courses in the field of vocational schools at present,and puts forward some practical teaching schemes in order to help more teachers to improve the original talent training mode in time.
