摘　　要：目的构建军队医院护士卫勤保障胜任力评价指标体系。方法在文献回顾的基础上,运用Delphi专家咨询法对20名护理专家进行两轮函询,拟订军队医院护士卫勤保障胜任力评价指标体系,并统计分析专家函询结果。结果两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别95.24%、100.00%;专家权威系数分别为0.849,0.911;两轮咨询的专家意见协调系数分别为0.447、0.464(P<0.01),各指标的变异系数均<20%。最终形成军队医院护士卫勤保障胜任力评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标、18个二级指标、50个三级指标。结论胜任力评价指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可为军队医院管理部门精准培训战备护士队伍、精准评价护士卫勤保障力水平、精准抽组执行重大任务护理人员提供标准和依据。Objective To construct an evaluation index system of nurses'health service security competency in military hospitals.Methods On the basis of literature review,using the Delphi to widely collecting 20 experts'suggestions.The evaluation index system of nurses'health service security competency in military hospitals had been made,and the result of expert inquiry was analyzed.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 95.24%and 100.00%,respectively.The authoritative coefficients of expert consultation were 0.849 and 0.911.The coordination coefficients were 0.447 and 0.464(P<0.01),and the coefficient of each indicator variation less than 20%.The final index system of health service security competency in military hospitals included 5 first-grade indicators,18 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators.Conclusion The competency evaluation index systems are scientific and reliable.It can provide standards and basis for the military hospital management department to accurately train the combat readiness nurses,accurately evaluate the level of health service security competency,and accurately select groups of nursing staff to perform major tasks.
