摘 要:为了增强纳豆激酶的活性,采用绿色环保的泡沫分离方法分离纳豆激酶。以“沙漏型”塔为实验塔,直塔为对照塔,首先研究泡沫分离塔的泡沫排液性能,然后研究温度、气体体积流率、气泡分布器孔径和装液体积对泡沫分离效果的影响。实验结果表明:“沙漏型”泡沫塔可以促进泡沫排液,在温度为25℃、气体体积流率为150 mL/min、气泡分布器孔径为125μm以及装液体积为150 mL的条件下,纳豆激酶在“沙漏型”泡沫分离塔中的富集比为3.13,为直塔的1.59倍,此时纳豆激酶回收率为87.61%,是直塔的1.33倍。In order to improve the activity of nattokinase,the green and environmental foam separation technology was used for the separation of nattokinase in this paper.Firstly,the foam drainage performance of the hourglass-shaped column was studied,and then the nattokinase fermentation broth was bubbled in the hourglass-shaped column as the experimental hourglass column and a vertical column as the control column to investigate the effects of temperature,volumetric air flow rate,gas distributor aperture and loading liquid volume on the foam separation of nattokinase.Results showed that the hourglass-shaped column could enhance the foam drainage and under the conditions of temperature 25℃,volumetric air flow rate 150 mL/min,gas distributor aperture 125μm and loading liquid volume 150 mL,the enrichment ratio of nattokinase in the hourglass-shaped column was 3.13,which was 1.59 times of that in the vertical column,and the recovery rate was 87.61%,1.33 times of that in the vertical column.
