摘　　要：开展自我评估是教育部“五位一体”评估制度的基础。为实现对教学质量的有效监督并形成完整的保障体系在长期的教学实践当中开展了以教师授课质量评价、专业综合评估、学院本科教学工作状态评估、学校基本教学状态数据监测为基础的自我评估工作,构建了以自我评估为核心的教学质量监控与保障体系,通过持续有效地开展自我评估,对教学质量进行常态监测和持续改进,有效提高了学校教学质量,为促进高校教学改革提供了参考依据。Self-assessment is the basis of the five-in-one evaluation system of the Ministry of Education.A teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system centered on self-evaluation is constructed in order to achieve effective supervision of teaching quality and form a complete guarantee system,a self-evaluation based on teaching quality evaluation,professional comprehensive evaluation,colleges’undergraduate teaching status evaluation,and university’s basic teaching status data monitoring in the long-term teaching practice.Continuous and effective self-assessment,normal monitoring and continuous improvement of teaching quality has effectively improved the teaching quality provided a reference for the promotion of teaching reform in colleges and universities.
