摘  要:目的探讨CDIO(构思-设计-实现-运作)模式在临床护士分层培训中的应用效果。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法抽取南昌市三甲医院2017年1月—2018年12月在岗护士180人,按照护士的级别(N1-N4)随机分为对照组和观察组,各90人。对照组采取常规培训模式,观察组采取CDIO培训模式,比较2组护士培训前和培训后岗位胜任能力和护士核心能力,调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组培训后岗位胜任能力(80.98±5.71)分、护士核心能力(162.57±11.26)分,均高于对照组的(69.87±5.63)分、(153.79±10.95)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作满意度96.15%,高于对照组的82.69%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论CDIO模式能够促进护士岗位胜任能力和核心能力提高,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of CDIO(Concept-Design-Realize-Operate)model in the hierarchical training of clinical nurses.Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted.A total of 180 nurses on duty from January 2017 to December 2018 in the top three hospitals in Nanchang were selected.According to the nurse’s level(N1-N4),they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 90 people.The control group adopts the conventional training mode,and the observation group adopts the CDIO training mode.The job competence and core competence of nurses before and after training were compared between the two groups of nurses,and the patients’satisfaction with nursing work was investigated.Results After training,the observation group’s job competence(80.98±5.71)points and nurse core competence(162.57±11.26)points were higher than the control group’s(69.87±5.63)points and(153.79±10.95)points,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The observation group patients’satisfaction with nursing work was 96.15%,which was higher than 82.69%of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The CDIO model can promote nurses’job competence and core competence,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work.
