社会排斥对大学生抑郁的影响:正念与交往焦虑的多重中介作用

摘　　要：采用大学生社会排斥问卷、五因素正念量表、交往焦虑量表以及流调中心用抑郁量表对836名在读大学生进行施测,考察社会排斥对大学生抑郁的影响以及正念和交往焦虑在两者间的作用机制.结果显示:独生子女大学生交往焦虑、抑郁得分显著低于非独生子女,大一学生交往焦虑显著高于其他年级;社会排斥与交往焦虑、抑郁呈显著正相关,正念与社会排斥、交往焦虑和抑郁呈显著负相关;直接社会排斥通过正念的单独中介影响抑郁,而间接社会排斥通过交往焦虑的单独中介及正念—交往焦虑的链式中介作用影响抑郁.To explore the effects of social exclusion on college students depression as well as the effects of mindfulness and communication anxiety,social exclusion scale,communication anxiety scale,five facet mindfulness questionnaire and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale were employed to investigate 836 college students.The results showed that the communication anxiety and depression scores of the only child were significantly lower than that of non-only child,and the communication anxiety of the freshmen was significantly higher than that in other grades.Social exclusion was positively correlated with communication anxiety and depression,and mindfulness was negatively correlated with social exclusion,communication anxiety and depression.Direct social exclusion affects depression through separate mediation of mindfulness,while indirect social exclusion affects depression through separate mediation of communication anxiety and the chain mediation of mindfulness-communication anxiety.
