摘　　要：高校实验室文化建设是高校校园文化建设的重要方面,是开展实验教学和科学研究的重要支撑。针对高校实验室文化建设存在相关的问题,提出"多元一体、多维协同"理念下高校实验室文化建设体系与框架。首先,系统分析了高校实验室文化建设的主要内容及建设路径;在此基础上,结合淮阴工学院实验室文化建设探索及实践情况进行了案例分析;最后,给出了高校实验室文化建设的展望和建设点,为高校实验室文化建设提供良好的实践基础和借鉴作用。The construction of laboratory culture in universities is an important aspect of campus culture construction and an important support for experimental teaching and scientific research. In view of the problems existing in the construction of laboratory culture in universities, this paper puts forward a systematic framework of the construction of laboratory culture in universities under the concept of "multi-dimensional integration and multi-dimensional coordination". Firstly, it systematically analyzes the main content and construction path of laboratory culture construction in universities. On this basis, combined with Huaiyin Institute of Technology university laboratory culture construction is explored and practiced by case analysis. Finally, the prospect and construction points of university laboratory culture construction are given. It is hoped that this research can provide a good foundation of exploration and practice and theoretical support for the construction of laboratory culture in universities.
