摘　　要：经理作为企业运营体系的有机组成部分,是强化内部管理效能、防范化解各类风险、推动企业健康发展的人力资源支撑。为引导经理有序参与企业管理,构建现代化的人才队伍体系,论文从岗位胜任力的角度出发,采取有效举措,推动企业经理管理举措的创新,以管理策略的优化调整为基础,构建完善的企业经理培养、考核等管理机制,形成体系化、标准化的企业经理管理模式。As an organic part of the enterprise operation system,the manager is the human resource support to strengthen the internal management efficiency,prevent and resolve all kinds of risks,and promote the healthy development of enterprises.In order to guide managers to participate in enterprise management orderly and build a modern talent team system,from the point of view of post competency,this paper takes effective measures to promote the innovation of enterprise manager management measures.Based on the optimization and adjustment of management strategy,this paper constructs a perfect management mechanism of enterprise manager training and assessment,and forms a systematic and standardized enterprise manager management mode.
