摘　　要：专业学位研究生是培养具有扎实理论基础且适应特定行业或职业实际工作需要的应用型高层次专门人才。其职业胜任能力的高低对于建设创新型国家、提升国家核心竞争力的战略目标至关重要。现行专业学位硕士研究生招生选拔机制的适切性、有效性、科学性和公正性,亟待从理论层面加以深入细致的分析研究,从而为进一步改进此类人才招生工作提供相应的理论指导。Professional degree postgraduate students are applied high-level professionals who have a solid theoretical foundation and meet the actual work needs of specific industries or occupations.Their professional competence plays an important role in the realization of the strategic goals of building an innovative country and improving the national core competitiveness.The suitability,effectiveness,scientificity and impartiality of the current enrollment and selection mechanism for professional degree postgraduates calls for in-depth and detailed analysis and research urgently from the theoretical level,so as to provide corresponding theoretical guidance for further improving the enrollment of such talents.
