摘　　要：药物化学是高职药学专业开设的专业课程,课程理论知识涵盖范围广,专业性强,学生学习难度大,配合度低。该文从教学内容、教学实践与考核方式这3个方面对课程进行教学实践探索,采用教学做一体化、案例教学、实践操作等教学方法,探索新的考核方式,有效提高了学生的学习兴趣和配合程度,进一步提升了教学质量,以期为业界提供参考。Medicinal Chemistry is a professional course offered by pharmacy majors in higher vocational colleges.The theoretical knowledge of the course covers a wide range and is highly professional,so it is difficult for students to learn and the degree of cooperation is low.This article explores the teaching practice of the course from the three aspects of teaching content,teaching practice and assessment methods.It explores new assessment methods by using teaching integration,case teaching and practical operation,so as to improve students’learning interest and cooperation and improve teaching quality.
