摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加茶多酚(TP)对长顺绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血浆抗氧化指标及输卵管形态的影响。选用180日龄健康的长顺绿壳蛋鸡240只,随机分为3个组,每组10个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上额外添加200和400 mg/kg的TP。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加200和400 mg/kg的TP均显著降低了1~4周蛋鸡的平均日采食量和平均蛋重(P<0.05),饲粮添加400 mg/kg的TP显著降低了5~8周蛋鸡的平均日采食量(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加400 mg/kg的TP显著提高了第4和8周鸡蛋的哈夫单位和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),饲粮添加200 mg/kg的TP显著增加了第4和8周鸡蛋的哈夫单位(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加400 mg/kg的TP显著降低了血浆丙二醛含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加200和400 mg/kg的TP显著提高了血浆超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),显著增加了血浆总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加400 mg/kg的TP改善了输卵管膨大部形态,显著增加了输卵管膨大部绒毛高度和绒毛宽度(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加400 mg/kg的TP降低了蛋鸡的平均蛋重和平均日采食量,提高了其抗氧化性能,对蛋品质及输卵管膨大部形态有一定的改善作用。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary tea polyphenols(TP)performance,egg quality,plasma antioxidant parameters and oviduct morphology of Changshun green-shell laying hens.A total of 240 health laying hens at 180 days of age were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 10 replicate per group and 8 laying hens per replicate.Hens in the control group was fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented 200 and 400 mg/kg TP,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 200 and 400 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the average daily feed intake and average egg weight of laying hens during 1 to 4 weeks(P<0.05),and dietary 400 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the average daily feed intake of laying hens during 5 to 8 weeks(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 400 mg/kg TP significantly increased the Haugh unit and yolk color of laying hens at weeks 4 and 8(P<0.05),and dietary 200 mg/kg TP significantly increased the Haugh unit of laying hens at weeks 4 and 8(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary 400 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the plasma malondialdehyde content(P<0.05);dietary 200 and 400 mg/kg TP significantly increased the plasma superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities(P<0.05),and significantly increased the plasma total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 400 mg/kg TP improved the oviduct magnum morphology,and significantly increased the villus height and villus width in oviduct magnum(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 400 mg/kg TP decrease the average egg weight and average dietary feed intake,increase the antioxidant capacity,and partly improve the egg quality and magnum morphology of laying hens.
