面向区域产业发展的地方应用型高校产业学院建设

摘　　要：为了使地方应用型高校培养的人才能够满足地方经济社会发展需要并主动服务区域经济发展,结合常州智能装备制造产业需求和常州工学院智能制造相关专业优势,通过政行校企共建智能制造产业学院。针对智能制造产业学院的管理架构、教育教学管理模式、人才培养模式和教学改革的实践与探索,提出了一些相应对策,为现代产业学院的建设和人才培养提供一些有益的建议。In order to enable the talents trained by local application-oriented universities to meet the needs of local economic and social development and actively serve regional economic development,based on the demand of Changzhou intelligent equipment manufacturing industry and the advantages of Changzhou Institute of Technology,the School of intelligent manufacturing industry is jointly established through administrative schools and enterprises.In view of the practice and exploration of the management structure,education and teaching management mode,talent training mode and teaching reform of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,it provides some beneficial suggestions for the construction of modern industry college and the cultivation of talents.
