摘　　要：U-G-S教师教育模式及中学语文阅读说话课的宗旨是发展学生的能力。阅读说话课在实施中遇到的问题,可通过地方高校发挥教师教育资源优势、地方教育行政部门出台文件、中学有针对性地制定阅读说话课要求等实践维度予以解决。阅读说话课的广泛开展,对于中学语文教学改革,具有推动作用。The purpose of U-G-S teacher education model and Chinese reading and speaking class in middle school is to develop students’ ability. The problems encountered in the implementation of reading and speaking class can be solved through practical dimensions such as giving full play to the advantages of teachers’ educational resources in local colleges and universities, issuing documents by local educational administrative departments, and making targeted requirements for reading and speaking class in middle schools. The extensive development of reading and speaking class can promote the reform of Chinese teaching in middle school.
