基于U-G-F-S模式的学校整体改进探索与思考——以广东省某县六所小学为例

摘　　要：教育改革不是对未来教育蓝图的再设计,而是在历次改革成效科学评估基础上对原有教育改革的理念、路径、思维方式的适应性调适,即整体改进。学校整体改进需要理念预期和理论基础。在实践上,探讨并形成了基于U-G-F-S模式的学校整体改进模式,学校整体改进取得了一定成效,也产生了一些完善学校整体改进的思考。The educational reform is not the redesign of the blueprint for future education, but the adaptation of the original educational reform concept, path and way of thinking on the basis of the scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of previous reforms, that is, the overall improvement.The overall improvement of the school needs conceptual expectations and theoretical foundations.In practice, the overall improvement of six Primary Schools in Dapu County,Meizhou City, Guangdong Province has formed a school overall improvement model based on the U-G-F-S model,and has achieved certain results.
