摘　　要：探究在师范专业认证"产出导向"理念的引领下,高职师范专业培养合格职前教师的实践路径,即应重视和加强实践教学工作,包括课程设置体系化、设计科学有效的评价、配套管理制度等,共同构建切实有效的实践能力教学体系。Under the guidance of the"output-oriented"concept of teacher professional certification,the practical path of cultivating qualified pre-service teachers for higher vocational teacher professional is to pay attention to and strengthen practical teaching work,including the systematization of curriculum,the scientific and effective evaluation of design,supporting management systems,etc.,to jointly build an effective practical ability teaching system.
