摘  要:马斯洛提出人类五级层次需求理论模型,认为只有满足了低层次需求才能产生高级需求。学习位于层次需求理论中的最高层次,若要更好地提升教学效果,提高教学质量,就应先满足学生的前四层需求。基于此,教师应该与学生平等交流,相信、理解和尊重学生,满足学生的社交需求和尊重需求,帮助学生达到自我实现,最终实现提高教学效果的目的。The five-level model of human needs in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs believes that the generation of higher needs is based on the satisfaction of low-level needs.Learning is at the highest level in the theory of hierarchical needs.Therefore,in order to achieve better teaching effects and improve teaching quality,the first four levels of needs of students should be met first.In view of this,it is suggested that the teacher should communicate with students equally,trust,understand and respect students,and try to satisfy students’social needs and respect needs so as to help students achieve self-actualization,and finally improve the teaching effect.
