高职院校校园文化建设体系构建研究

摘　　要：校园文化是高职院校治理能力和治理体系建设的重要组成部分。经过四十余年建设,高职院校校园文化建设已初具规模,各项制度逐步健全,校园环境大幅改善,但仍存在缺乏特色、活动载体单一、缺乏整体设计等问题。对此,高职院校应通过精神文化铸魂、制度文化塑形、环境文化熏陶、行为文化培育、课程文化渗透和网络文化助推六个方面推进校园文化建设,助力高职院校综合实力的提升。The campus culture is the important part of governance ability and governance system construction in higher vocational colleges. During the past over 40 years, the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges has taken shape with the improved systems and campus environment, but there still exist the problems such as the lack of features and the overall design, and the boring activity styles. Therefore, higher vocational colleges can promote the construction of campus culture and improve the comprehensive strength by setting up spirit and culture, constructing the systems, environment and culture edification, cultivating behavior and culture, curriculum and culture infiltration, and promoting internet culture.
