摘 要:目的观察住院医师规范化培训在重症医学科临床教学中的实践价值。方法我院重症医学科2019年4月住院医师临床教学中开展规范化培训临床教学模式,随机选取2018年4月—2020年4月46例重症医学科住院医师为本次研究对象,按照临床教学中是否开展规范化培训模式将住院医师分为对照组(23例)与试验组(23例),对照组住院医师临床教学中行常规培训教学,试验组住院医师临床教学中心规范化培训教学,比较两组重症医学科住院医师培训中不同临床教学方法实施效果。结果试验组住院医师培训后基础理论成绩、技能实践成绩分别为(94.26±2.26)分、(92.26±2.32)分,均比于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院医师对临床教学方法认可度比对照组高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科住院医师临床教学中不同培训教学模式可直接影响教学效果,其中重症医学科规范化培训效果明显优于常规培训教学。Objective To observe the practical value of standardized resident training in clinical teaching of critical medicine.Methods In April 2019,the clinical teaching mode of standardized training for residents in the Department of Critical Medicine of our hospital was carried out.46 residents in the Department of critical medicine from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.According to whether the standardized training mode was carried out in the clinical teaching,the residents were divided into the control group(23 cases)and the experimental group(23 cases),and the control group(23 cases)The routine training teaching was carried out in the teaching,To compare the implementation effects of different clinical teaching methods in the training of resident physicians in icu between two groups.Results The scores of basic theory and skill practice in the experimental group were(94.26±2.26)points and(92.26±2.32)points,respectively,compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The recognition degree of clinical teaching method was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Different training modes in the clinical teaching of resident physicians in icu can directly affect the teaching effect,and the standardized training effect of ICU is obviously better than that of conventional training.
