摘　　要：本文以高校公共体育俱乐部制的教学改革为研究对象,以2014年教育部修订的《国家学生体质健康标准》(以下简称《新标准》)为研究文本。通过分析俱乐部制教学实施情况、推行效果、存在的问题与发展的趋势,挖掘出体育俱乐部制的育人内涵,推动高校公共体育俱乐部制良性发展。以期在课程体系、教学法创新、组织管理、评价方式等方面深化改革,探索和完善公共体育俱乐部制的育人模式。This paper takes the teaching reform of public sports club system in colleges and universities as the research object, and takes the national students’ Physical Health Standard(hereinafter referred to as the New Standard) revised by the Ministry of Education in 2014 as the research text. By analyzing the implementation, effect, existing problems and development trend of the club system teaching, it explores the educational connotation of the sports club system,and promotes the benign development of the public sports club system in colleges and universities, which is expected to deepen the reform of curriculum system, teaching method innovation, organizational management, evaluation mode and other aspects, explore and improve the education mode of public sports club system.
