摘 要:盾构隧道端头的加固有多种方式,为施工现场合理选择盾构隧道端头加固方式,本文对圆形冻结板冻结加固盾构隧道端头的规律进行研究,运用有限元软件分析盾构隧道端头圆形冻结板冻结加固温度场的发展规律,与正方形冻结板冻结加固进行对比,并对圆形冻结板进行敏感性分析。结果表明:①圆形冻结板比正方形冻结板更有利于盾构隧道端头的土体加固;②距离冻结板越近,降温速度越快,冻结时间相应缩短,冻结效果显著;③导热系数越大,降温速度越快,冻结范围更广,越有利于冻结;④比热越大,降温速率越缓慢,冻结时间加长,不利于冻结;⑤改变土体相变潜热不能改变冻土帷幕的冻结效果。本研究所得分析结果可为今后实际施工提供参考依据。There are many ways to reinforce the end of a shield tunnel.In order to reasonably select the reinforcement method of shield tunnel end in the construction site,this paper mainly studied the law of the freezing reinforcement of the shield tunnel end with a circular freezing plate,analyzed the development law of the temperature field of the freezing reinforcement of the circular freezing plate at the end of the shield tunnel by using finite element software,compared it with that of the square freezing plate,and the sensitivity analysis of the circular freezing plate was carried out.The results showed that:①The circular freezing plate was more conducive to the reinforcement of the soil at the end of the shield tunnel than the square freezing plate;②The closer to the freezing plate,the faster the cooling rate,the corresponding shortening of the freezing time,and the significant freezing effect;③The greater the thermal conductivity,the faster the cooling rate,the wider the freezing range,and the more conducive to freezing;④The greater the specific heat,the slower the cooling rate,and the longer the freezing time,which was not conducive to freezing;⑤The freezing effect of the frozen soil curtain cannot be changed by changing the latent heat of soil phase change.The analysis results obtained in this study can provide a reference for actual construction in the future.
