摘　　要：目的:评估强迫性吸毒量表(the Obsessive Compulsive Drug Use Scale,OCDUS)中文版应用在研究戒毒人员心理渴求的信度和效度。方法:采用OCDUS中文版对450名戒毒人员进行测验,间隔2周和4周后分别对其中各50名和90名被试进行重测。结果:修订的OCDUS中文版量表共有13个条目,包含"心理渴求程度""心理渴求干扰"和"心理渴求控制"3个维度,累计解释总方差的64.59%。量表的三因子结构模型拟合良好(χ_(2)=283.48,RMSEA=0.09,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.89)。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.85,重测信度系数为0.76;各因子的Cronbachα系数为0.64~0.86,重测信度系数为0.64~0.84。验证性因子分析表明,量表结构效度良好;在吸食不同种类的毒品上区分效度较好。结论:OCDUS中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估吸食不同种类毒品的戒毒人员的心理渴求程度。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Obsessive Compulsive Drug Use Scale(OCDUS)for the investigation of the craving of drug addicts.Methods:450 drug addicts were selected for the test,and 50 and 90 subjects were retested at half-month and one-month intervals,respectively.Results:The Chinese version of OCDUS consisted of 13 items,including 3 dimensions(the degree of craving,interference of craving and control of craving),accounting for 64.59%of total variance.The three-factor structure of the scale provided a good fitting(χ_(2)=283.48,RMSEA=0.09,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.89).The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was reported at 0.85,and the retest reliability was 0.76.The corresponding internal consistency reliabilities were 0.64~0.86,and the retest reliabilities were 0.64~0.84.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had good structure validity;it had good discrimination validity for different kinds of drugs.Conclusion:These results showed that the Chinese version of OCDUS had good reliability and validity,and could be used to evaluate the craving of the addicts using different types of drugs.
