摘  要:地位激励已成为激发员工创新的主要手段,然而当前关于地位与创新关系的研究主要从客观地位等级视角展开。本研究以事件系统理论为逻辑支撑,提出地位提升事件强度可能成为员工创造力的影响因素。在此基础上,本研究构建了不同归因倾向下的地位提升事件强度、自我效能感与员工创造力的关系模型。通过结构方程模型对344份问卷数据进行分析,实证结果表明:(1)地位提升事件强度对员工创造力有显著正向影响。(2)地位提升事件强度通过自我效能感的中介作用对员工创造力产生正向影响。(3)内部归因正向调节地位提升事件强度与自我效能感的关系,以及正向调节地位提升事件强度通过自我效能感对员工创造力的间接影响。(4)外部归因在地位提升事件强度与自我效能感之间的调节作用不显著。研究结论为如何通过地位提升事件激发员工创造力提供了理论依据。Status incentive has become the main means to stimulate employees’innovation.However,the current research on the relationship between status and innovation is mainly carried out from the perspective of objective status hierarchy.Based on the event system theory,this study proposes that status promotion events strength may be an influencing factor of employee creativity.On this basis,this study constructed a model that captures the relationship between status promotion events strength,self-efficacy and employee creativity under different attribution tendencies.Based on 344 questionnaire data,this study conducted structural equation modeling analyses.The results are as follows:(1)Status promotion event strength has significant positive effect on employee creativity.(2)Self-efficacy mediates relationship between status promotion event strength and employee creativity.(3)Intrinsic attribution moderates the relationship between status events strength and self-efficacy and the indirect relationship between status promotion event strength and employee creativity via self-efficacy.(4)External attribution cannot moderate the relationship between status promotion event strength and self-efficacy,and also cannot moderate the indirect relationship between status promotion event strength and employee creativity via self-efficacy.This study provides insights into how to stimulate employee creativity through status promotion events.
