摘　　要：基于学生干部的性别、年级、类别等维度,对高职院校学生干部工作现状进行了调研,归纳总结了影响学生干部工作积极性的主要成因,并从学生干部主观能动性、工作激励措施驱动性两个方面对学生干部积极性缺失的原因进行了分析,分别列举了导致当前高职院校学生干部工作消极的内部自身因素和外部激励机制因素,并从“刺激—反应”的视角,提出高职院校学生干部激励存在的缺失科学理念定位、缺失个体差异性和缺失综合系统性三大主要问题。Based on the dimensions of gender,grade and category of student leaders,this paper investigates the current situation of student leaders in higher vocational colleges,summarizes the main causes affecting the work enthusiasm of student leaders,and analyzes the lack of of student leaders’enthusiasm from two aspects:the subjective initiative of student leaders and the driving force of work incentive measures.It lists the internal factors and the external incentive mechanism factors that lead to the negative work of student leaders in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of“stimulation-response”,this paper puts forward the three main problems in the incentive of student leaders in higher vocational colleges:the lack of scientific concept orientation,the lack of individual differences and the lack of comprehensive systematization.
