摘 要:粉条粉丝是深受国人喜爱的传统淀粉类食品,具有悠久的加工历史。从加工原料、品种种类、行业标准、加工技术及消费市场等方面综述了我国粉条粉丝加工行业的整体发展现状,从产品优势、食品安全及生产规模等方面分析限制我国粉条粉丝加工行业发展的主要问题,提出促进其发展的相关建议,为加快我国粉条粉丝加工行业的健康发展提供参考。Vermicelli is a traditional starch food that is very popular among Chinese residents,and has a long history of processing in China.In recent years,with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the vermicelli processing industry is developing rapidly,and the consumer market is expanding.However,there are many problems in the development process of vermicelli processing industry,which limit its healthy and rapid development.This article reviewed the overall development status of vermicelli processing industry in China,analyzed the main problems restricting its development,and further put forward relevant suggestions to promote its development,so as to provide a reference for accelerating the healthy development of vermicelli processing industry in China.
