课程思政视域下企业管理决策课程教学设计及其应用效果研究

摘　　要：结合企业管理决策课程数据导向、数学建模和应用性强的三大特征,本文以分析课程思政内涵为切入点,分模块对课程的思政元素进行挖掘设计,并对实际的教学应用效果进行评估。结果表明课程思政设计有效地提升了学生的课程满意度,课程思政以短视频或动画形式呈现,可以显著促进学生对专业知识的学习。Combining the three major characteristics of data orientation, mathematical modeling and strong applicability of business management decision-making course, this article starts with analyzing the ideological and political connotation of the course, mining and designing the ideological and political elements of the course in modules, and evaluates the effect of actual teaching application. The results show that the curriculum ideological and political design has effectively improved the students’ course satisfaction. The curriculum ideological and political is presented in the form of short videos or animations, which can significantly promote the learning of professional knowledge by students.
