摘 要:PDG教学法(problem-discuss-guidance,PDG)目前已经成为国际上较为流行的一种教学法,这种教学法既弥补了传统教学方法单纯传授学科知识的不足,又吸收了"基于问题式学习"教学法的长处,是一种适用于培养创新型、应用型人才的新型教学方法。"妇产科护理学"是五年制高职护理专业的重要专业课程之一,在教学中尝试采用PDG教学法,可以充分调动学生的学习热情,帮助学生理解学习内容,提高学生自主学习能力和口头表达能力,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养沟通能力和团队协作能力等综合素养,以此不断提高课堂教学效果,最终提高学生运用护理程序进行整体护理的能力,以确保学生具备妇产科护理必备的专业实践技能。PDG teaching method(problem-discuss-guidance) has become an internationally popular teaching method,which not only makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods of simply transferring knowledge, but also absorbs the strengths of the "problem-based learning" method, and is a new teaching method suitable for training innovative and application-oriented talents. Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing is an important main course among nursing majors of five-year senior vocational schools. Using PDG teaching method in this course, it will help to stimulate students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, develop their critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills and teamwork skills, so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and ultimately enhance students’ ability to apply nursing procedures for holistic care, so as to ensure that they have the necessary professional practical skills for obstetric and gynecology nursing.
