摘 要:目的:"[牙合]学"是口腔系学生在校期间学习的重要课程,对于今后的临床及科研工作开展具有重要作用。针对目前传统的以教师讲授为主的教学方法存在的学生对知识吸收理解程度低下等问题,本研究首次提出使用PBL联合CBL进行"[牙合]学"的教学。方法:对照组采用教师讲授为主,讲授形式为PPT、板书及模型相结合。实验组学生采用PBL联合CBL法,学生课前自行学习教案,以小组为单位对典型病例进行讨论分析,授课时间内小组进行汇报,授课教师进行实际临床诊疗思路的讲解。教学效果评价采用理论考试成绩与问卷调查相结合的方式。结果:相较于传统的教师教授法,PBL联合CBL获得更好的教学效果。实验组学生的理论考试成绩与问卷调查结果均显著高于对照组。结论:PBL联合CBL教学法可显著提升学生对理论知识的掌握程度,同时提升了学生学习效率、学习积极性、团队协作能力、文献检索及阅读能力以及分析问题解决问题的能力,有利于提升"Objective Occlusion is an important course for students majoring in stomatology to learn at school, which plays an important role in clinical and scientific research work in the future. Aiming to the current problems of low knowledge absorption and understanding under the method of traditional teacher-based teaching method, this study firstly proposed the use of PBL combined with CBL teaching method to teach Occlusion. Methods The control group was mainly taught by teachers in the form of PPT, blackboard writing and model. Students in the experimental group were mainly taught by PBL combined with CBL method. First, they learned the teaching plan by themselves before class-time. Then, they discussed and analyzed typical cases in groups and reported their discussion outcome during class time. Finally, teachers explained the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking. The effect was evaluated by theoretical examination results combined with questionnaire survey. Results Compared to the traditional teacher-based teaching method, PBL combined with CBL can achieve better teaching effect. The results of theoretical examination and questionnaire survey in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can significantly improve students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, learning efficiency, enthusiasm, teamwork ability, paper retrieval and reading ability, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems, which could improve the teaching effect of Occulusion.
