摘　　要：为了更好地适应现代农业的发展及农学类本科生创新型科技人才的培养要求,本文以伊犁师范大学生物与地理科学学院植物保护专业为例,探讨了教育教学过程中人才培养模式的现状及改革策略,为学生将来更好地从事农业生产及科学研究打下坚实的专业基础,为推动我国高校植物保护专业的人才培养提供思路和理论基础。In order to better adapt to the development of modern agriculture and the training requirements of innovative scientific and technological talents for undergraduates in agronomy, this paper takes the plant protection major of the School of Biology and Geographical Sciences of Yili Normal University as an example, discusses the current situation analysis and reform strategies of the talent cultivation models in the education and teaching process, and lay a solid professional foundation for students to better engage in agricultural production and scientific research in the future,provides ideas and theoretical foundations for promoting the cultivation of plant protection talents in my country’s colleges and universities.
