摘　　要：2015年在十二届全国人大三次会议上,李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出"互联网+"行动计划。高职学生总体来说自律性较差,自我管理意识不强,在信息化时代,网络改变了人们的生活方式和思维方式,影响着每一位学生的心理健康。"互联网+"给高职学生网络心理健康教育带来了挑战,也带来了机遇。网络教学的进一步普及,混合式教学的应用标志着教育步入"互联网+"的常态化阶段。本文阐述了心理问题的具体表现和形成原因,以"互联网+"为背景构建高职学生网络心理健康教育机制,维护高职学生心理健康。At the third meeting of the 12 th National People’s Congress in 2015, Li Keqiang presented the "Internet+" action plan in the Government’s Work Report. Mandariors in higher vocational students are poor, self-management is not strong, in the information age, the network has changed people’s lifestyle and thinking, affecting every student’s mental health. "Internet +" brings challenges to higher vocational students’ network mental health education, and also brings opportunities. Further popularization of online teaching, the application of mixed teaching marks the prevention of the "Internet +". This paper expounds the specific performance and formation of psychological problems, and constructs "Internet +" to construct a higher vocational network mental health education mechanism, and safeguard the mental health of higher vocational students.
