摘　　要：OBE理念下,大学生志愿活动理应成为培养师范专业大学生毕业要求的有效路径和重要载体。然而,在具体实践中,大学生志愿活动还存在目标不明确、组织不完整、过程敷衍、反馈不充分等问题,其对师范专业人才培养目标的促进也受到一些因素的限制。基于OBE人才培养新理念,细化设计相关志愿活动,调动各方积极性优化实施过程,结合师范生志愿者的特点开展OBE专业技能培训,对于师范专业大学生的OBE人才培养具有重要意义。Under the concept of OBE, college students’ voluntary activities should become an effective path and important carrier to cultivate the graduation requirements of normal college students. However, in specific practice, there are still some problems in college students’ voluntary activities, such as unclear objectives, incomplete organization, perfunctory process and insufficient feedback. Its promotion of the training objectives of normal professionals is also limited by some factors. Based on the new concept of OBE talent training, it is of great significance for the OBE talent training of normal college students to refine the design of relevant volunteer activities, mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, optimize the implementation process, and carry out OBE professional skill training in combination with the characteristics of normal college students’ volunteers.
