摘  要:采用形态学观察和ITS鉴定分析,将采自福建省沙县的一株野生食用菌子实体鉴定为巨大口蘑(Tricholoma giganteum)新菌株,序列提交NCBI获得GenBank编号为MW192277,并将其命名为琅口口蘑(K-1),同时对其生长特性进行研究和营养成分分析。研究结果表明,其最佳生长特性包括温度为28℃,pH值为7.0,碳源为麦芽糖,氮源为酵母膏等;以香菇和荆西口蘑为对照,琅口口蘑(K-1)子实体中蛋白质、氨基酸、灰分、脂肪、纤维素、E/N值、Zn元素等含量均显著高于当地主栽品种荆西口蘑和香菇,具有较高的营养和药用价值。本研究对琅口口蘑(K-1)的鉴定及营养价值与功能成分分析为后期该品种的开发利用奠定了坚实的基础。A wild mushroom fruiting body was collected from Shaxian Fujian Province in China and was identified by morphological and molecular characterization(ITS). The results showed that this wild mushroom strain was idenified to be a new strain of Tricholoma giganteum. The sequence submission to NCBI obtained Genbank number MW192277 and named Langkou Tricholoma giganteum(K-1). Then studied its biological characteristics and evaluated its nutrient components. The results showed that the optimum carbon source was maltose;the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract;The optimum growth temperature was 28 ℃, and the optimum pH value was 7.0. The content of protein, amino acid, ash, fat, cellulose, E/N value and Zn in the fruity body of Tricholoma giganteum(K-1) was much higher than the fruiting body of the main cultivars of Tricholoma giganteum Jingxi and Lentinus edodes. The new strain of Tricholoma giganteum(K-1) isolated and identified in this study has high nutritional and medicinal value. It laid a solid foundation for the later development and utilization of Tricholoma giganteum.
