摘 要:目的为外源物诱导非酒精性脂肪性肝炎/肝病等损伤的预防控制和靶向干预提供线索。方法运用PubMed数据库对自噬组分参与细胞外囊泡生物学发生的调控机制及其与肝脏代谢作用关系进行文献分析。结果阐明不同外源物介导代谢性肝病的细胞外囊泡相关性通路及细胞外囊泡技术的靶向应用。结论细胞外囊泡相关性自噬溶酶体通路是防治代谢性肝病潜在的干预靶点。Objective To provide clues for screening biomarkers and targeted intervention of liver damage such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and fatty liver disease.Methods A literature analysis of the regulatory mechanisms of autophagic components involved in extracellular vesicle biogenesis and their relationship with hepatic metabolic effects was performed using PubMed database.Results Extracellular vesicles-related mechanisms of metabolic(dysfunction) associated liver disease by xenobiotics and the targeted intervention of extracellular vesicles technology were elucidated.Conclusion Autophagy-lysosomal pathway in the extracellular vesicles biology is a potential therapeutic target for intervention against metabolic liver disease.
