摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的暴发与流行给全球民众的生命安全带来了巨大威胁,也给全球教育实习带来了诸多挑战。教育实习是提升体育师范生教育实践能力的重要路径,在当前疫情防控常态化背景下,研究认为:体育教育实习存在意愿弱化、在线教学能力缺失化、健康教育胜任力虚化、管理繁杂化等现实困境。为了破解这些困境,应明确各方使命担当,强化各方意愿;创新人才培养模式,全面提升体育师范生专业素养;靶向施策,聚焦重点能力提升。The COVID-19 outbreak and epidemic have posed a huge threat to the lives and normal lives of people around the world,and it has also brought many practical difficulties and huge challenges to global education and internship training.Educational practice is an important way to improve the practical ability of physical education normal students.In the context of the current normalization of epidemic prevention and control,physical education teachers are facing many practical problems.For example,weakened willingness to practice physical education,lack of online education capabilities,weakened competence in health education,and complicated management.The author proposes some solutions,for example,it should to clarify the mission and strengthen the will of all parties;innovate the talent training model to comprehensively improve the professionalism of teacher students;and implement targeted policies to focus on the improvement of key capabilities.
