摘  要:《学前教育专业认证标准》明确了专业建设的终极目的是人才产出,师范类专业认证背景下的高职院校学前教育专业人才培养与专业建设的改革需顺应从重技能向重师德、重理念、重儿童身心发展规律的人才需求的转变,需要秉持“聚焦产出、反向设计”的认证理念,从人才培养、课程建设、实践教学、产学研合作、职业教育特色等方面进行探索实践。“Preschool Education Professional Certification Standard”makes it clear that the ultimate goal of professional construction is talent output.Under the background of normal professional certification,the reform of preschool education professional training and professional construction in higher vocational colleges needs to adapt to the change of talent demand from focusing on skills to focusing on teachers′morality,concept and children′s physical and mental development law.We need to adhere to the accreditation concept of“focusing on output,reverse design”,and explore and practice from the aspects of personnel training,curriculum construction,practical teaching,industry university research cooperation,and vocational education characteristics.
