玉米芯栽培4种食药用菌的研究与应用综述

摘　　要：玉米芯作为营养丰富的农业生产废弃物能够满足多数食药用菌的营养生长需求,部分成品指标优于传统的栽培料,可以作为主要栽培原料用于生产。本文通过查阅相关文献,对玉米芯在平菇、金针菇、猴头菇和灵芝4种食药用菌栽培中的研究与应用进行了综述,以期为玉米芯在食药用菌栽培中的深入研究与应用提供参考。As a nutrient-rich agricultural production waste,corncob could meet the nutritional growth needs of most edible and medicinal fungi,and some index of the products were better than that of traditional cultivation materials.It could be used as the main cultivation materials in production.In this paper,the research and application of corncob in the cultivation of four edible and medicinal fungi(Pleurotus oesophagus,Flammulina velutipes,Hericium herniae and Ganoderma lucidum)were reviewed by referring to relevant literatures,in order to provided reference for the further research and application of corncob in the cultivation of edible and medicinal fungi.
