摘　　要：为培养“五育并举”的医学高技能人才,开发构建医学生综合素质测评系统(又称“仁心指数”系统)。该系统根据系统性、过程性、有效性和人性化原则,设置了赋分和负分两大评价指标板块,赋分板块下设一级指标,即“德、智、体、美、劳”五育素质,共含218项指标;负分板块的一级指标为底线标准,共含22项指标。“仁心指数”系统的施行,为开展医学生全方位综合测评提供了依据,实现人才培养的过程导向;该系统也为党建信息化建设提供借鉴,推动立德树人机制创新。In order to cultivate medical highly skilled talents with“five qualities”,a comprehensive quality evaluation system for medical students(also known as“benevolence index”system)is developed and constructed.According to the principles of systematization,process,effectiveness and humanization,the system sets up two evaluation index sections of score and negative score.The first level indicators of score section are five qualities of“morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor”,with 218 sub-indicators in total.Bottom line standard is the first level indicator of negative score section,including 22 sub-indicators.The implementation of the“benevolence index”system provides a basis for the all-round comprehensive evaluation of medical students and realizes the process orientation of talent training.The system also provides reference for the informatization of Party construction and promotes the mechanism innovation of moral values establishment and talents cultivation.
