摘　　要：提升高职院校治理能力是职业教育提质培优行动下培育高职教育新发展动能的有效路径,同时也是实现提质培优行动目标的重要保障。然而,新时代高职院校治理面临高职教育新发展阶段提出新的治理要求、高职院校以章程为统领的制度体系亟待优化、封闭治理模式下利益相关者各方实际参与度不高、百万扩招要求高职院校构建新的治理框架等新挑战。未来,高职院校需加强党的领导和领导干部能力建设、完善和落实以章程为统领的制度体系、加强利益相关方共同参与的多元共治、以现代信息技术赋能高职院校治理,如此方能在我国职业教育提质培优背景下真正提升高职院校治理能力,进而推动高职教育实现高质量发展。Improving the governance ability of higher vocational colleges is an effective way to cultivate the new development kinetic energy of higher vocational education under the action of raising quality and improving excellence,and it is also an important guarantee to realize the goal of improving quality and improving excellence.However,the governance of higher vocational colleges in the new era is faced with new challenges such as new governance requirements in the new development stage of higher vocational education,the system of higher vocational colleges under the guidance of constitution of association needs to be optimized,the actual participation of stakeholders is not high under the closed governance model,and the millions of enrollment expansion requires higher vocational colleges to construct a new governance framework.In the future,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the Party's leadership and leader capacity building,improve and implement the system guided by the constitution,strengthen the multi-governance of stakeholders,and enable higher vocational colleges to govern with modern information technology.In this way,we can really improve the governance ability of higher vocational colleges under the background of improving the quality of vocational education in China,and then promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education。
