师范品牌赛事引领下的综合性大学语文职前教师培养改革

摘　　要：为贯彻落实国家、省规划纲要及教育部《关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》等文件精神,自2012年以来,江苏省教育厅举办江苏省师范生基本功大赛将近十年。苏州大学汉语言文学(师范)专业参赛的十年,也是语文职前教师培养变革的十年。2012年至2016年,参赛成绩的不佳,折射出综合性大学办师范背景下的语文职前教师培养和备赛的尴尬境况。2017年起,为了更好地备赛,专业构建T-U-S卓越教师培养模式、确定培养目标和培养原则、设计了三级人才选拔方式并且搭建了五单元进阶式培育课程。2018年至2021年,基于备赛而产生的T-U-S卓越教师培养模式开始“反哺日常教学”,课堂教学变革借鉴T-U-S模式,搭建优质教学团队,进行课程整体设计,开展过程性评价。In order to implement the spirit of the national and provincial planning outline and the“Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Curriculum Reform of Teacher Education”and other documents issued by the Ministry of Education,the Department of Education of Jiangsu Province has held the Jiangsu Normal University Students Basic Skills Competition for nearly ten consecutive years since 2012.The ten years of the major of Chinese Language and Literature(Normal)of Soochow University is also the ten years for the reform of the normal major.From 2012 to 2016,the poor performance reflected the embarrassing situation of pre-Chinese teacher training and preparation under the background of comprehensive universities.Since 2017,in order to better prepare for the competition,C-U-S has built an excellent teacher training mode,determined training objectives and training principles,designed three-level talent selection methods,and built six-unit advanced training courses.In 2018-2021,the C-U-S outstanding teacher training mode based on the preparation of the competition began to“feedback the daily teaching”.The classroom teaching reform learned from the T-U-S model,build a high-quality teaching team,conduct the overall course design,and carry out process evaluation.
