摘　　要：面对传统制造业的升级优化和校企协同思政育人局面出现的新变化,基于“党建引领+产业学院”的模式,通过校企共建校内外实践技能基地、实施校企双导师制等方式,联合军工和龙头企业建立校企协同思政育人平台,校企协同开展机械制造及自动化专业人才培养方案制定、军工特色教材编写、军工典型实训项目开发等工作,积极提取思政元素,使校企思政育人贯穿于教学全过程,取得了良好的育人效果。In the face of the upgrading and optimization of the traditional manufacturing industry and the new changes in the situation of school enterprise collaborative ideological and political education,based on the mode of“Party construction leading+Industrial College”,through the joint construction of school and enterprise practical skills base inside and outside the school,the implementation of school enterprise dual tutorial system,etc.The military industry and leading enterprises are united to establish a school enterprise collaborative ideological and political education platform.Schools and enterprises have cooperated in the formulation of talent training programs for mechanical manufacturing and automation majors,the compilation of military characteristic teaching materials,and the development of military typical training projects.They have actively extracted ideological and political elements,so that the ideological and political education of schools and enterprises runs through the whole process of teaching,and achieved good educational results.
