摘  要:十九大提出的“健康中国”战略指出中医药文化是中华民族宝贵遗产,要求中医药事业快速健康发展。目前,中医药学科学术断裂、中医名家大师稀缺以及中医大家后继人才乏力现象严峻,作为中医药文化的重要传承形式和中医人才的重要培养模式,师承教育现状如何、困境在哪、未来走向何方是推动我国中医事业发展的秉要执本、重中之重。本文紧随非物质文化传承的时代意蕴,通过对我国中医师承教育的发展现状、面临困境进行全面分析,发现我国中医师承教育存在名师认证管理混乱、文化基因活性减弱及社会认知偏差固化的问题并提出针对性策略,以促进中医师承教育弘扬、传承与创新。The"healthy China"strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress points out that the culture of traditional Chinese medicine is the precious heritage of the Chinese nation and requires the rapid and healthy development of it.At present,as an important inheritance form of traditional Chinese medicine culture and an important training mode of Chinese Medicine Talents,the academic rupture,the scarcity of famous masters and the lack of talents are severe,the present situation,the predicament and the future direction of the Teacher-Inheriting Education are the most important factors to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.This article closely follows the meaning of immaterial culture inheritance,and through researching the current situation and predicament of the development of Chinese Medicine Teacher-Inheriting Education,we find that there are some problems,such as the management confusion of teacher certification,the weakening of cultural gene activity and the solidification of social cognitive deviation.In order to promote the development,inheritance and innovation of the Chinese Medicine Teacher-Inheriting Education,this paper then comes up with targeted strategies.
