摘  要:恶性骨肿瘤好发于儿童及青少年,肿瘤负荷大,恶性程度高,且早期难以发现。针对该疾病的治疗,手术创伤大,化疗周期偏长、剂量偏大,给患者及家庭带来巨大的经济、心理负担。同时,由于发病率偏低,社会关注度不高,针对恶性骨肿瘤,加强医学生人文素质教育十分必要。本文旨在讨论恶性骨肿瘤专业医学生人文素质教育的现状、必要性以及可能改善该现状的主要措施,以提高教学质量,更好的服务于广大患者及家庭。Malignant bone tumors predominantly occur in children and adolescents.This distinct group of tumors commonly have an enormous tumor burden,with a high degree of malignancy.However,these tumors are difficult to screen out at an early stage.The treatment for these tumors is accompanied by extensive surgical trauma,long-term and high dosage of chemotherapeutic drugs that bring severe economic and psychological burden to patients and their families.Besides,due to the low incidence of these tumors and poor concern from society,the strength of medical humanities for medical students interested in malignant bone tumors is essential.This study aims to discuss the current status and the necessity of medical humanities education in pediatric malignant bone tumors and the possible improving options to improve the quality of education and better serve the patients and their families.
