中医药文化融入医学生核心价值观培育模式的探索

摘　　要：中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源。新形势下充分挖掘中医药文化育人资源,将其融入医学生核心价值观教育意义重大。然而,由于教学理念、教学思维、教学模式、课程设置、师资队伍等存在一定程度的固化问题,医药类院校将中医药文化融入医学生核心价值观的深度、力度、维度不够。因此,我们可以从课程体系、师资队伍、校园文化三个维度构建“以文化人,以文育人”的培育模式。Traditional Chinese medicine culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which contains rich ideological and political education resources.Under the new situation,it is of great significance to fully tap the resources of Chinese medicine culture and education and integrate them into the education of core values of medical students.However,due to a certain degree of solidification problems in teaching concepts,teaching thinking,teaching models,curriculum settings,and faculty,medical colleges and universities have insufficient depth,strength,and dimensions to integrate traditional Chinese medicine culture and core values of medical students.Therefore,we can construct a cultivation model of"cultural people and cultural education"from the three dimensions of curriculum system,faculty,and campus culture.
