摘 要:广州地铁1号线是我国首批采用浮置板道床的地铁,当前该线运营时长已达20年以上,为了解浮置板道床在历经长时间服役后的性能现状,采用现场测试和实验室检测相结合的方法,开展系统的试验研究。研究表明:(1)邵氏硬度、拉断伸长率分别超出设计要求约16%,10%,表明橡胶支座发生了一定程度硬化;(2)橡胶支座外观、几何尺寸、拉伸强度、静刚度等力学性能指标符合设计要求的相关标准;(3)浮置板道床减振效果保持良好,可减振12.9 dB,同时钢轨、道床动态位移幅值低于《浮置板道床技术规范》所给限值。Guangzhou metro line 1 is one of the first to adopt floating slab track in China and it has been in operation for more than 20 years.In order to obtain the vibration reduction performance of the floating slab track after long service,systematic field test and laboratory test are carried out.The results show that:(1)The shore hardness and elongation at break exceed the design requirements by about 16%and 10%respectively,indicating that the rubber bearing has hardened to a certain extent.(2)The mechanical properties of rubber bearing such as appearance,geometric dimension,tensile strength and static stiffness,can still meet the relevant standards of design requirements.(3)The vibration reduction performance of the floating slab ballast bed remains good and can reduce vibration by 12.9 dB,and the dynamic displacement amplitudes of rail and ballast bed are lower than the limit values given in relevant specifications.
