摘 要:试验旨在研究不同菌剂对香蕉茎叶青贮发酵品质的影响。试验设4个处理组,每组3个重复。以不添加任何菌剂为对照组,试验Ⅰ组添加秸秆发酵活干菌,试验Ⅱ组添加加强型粗饲料降解剂,试验Ⅲ组添加纤维素酶。青贮30 d,开袋检测营养品质。结果表明,试验Ⅲ组在感官评价评分为优,其他试验组的评分均为良。试验Ⅲ组的粗蛋白质含量最高,粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的pH值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在香蕉茎叶中添加纤维素酶进行青贮发酵可以改善其发酵品质。The experiment was to study the effect of different bacteria on fermentation quality of banana stalk and leaf silage. The experiment set up four test groups with three replicates in each group. The control group added no additive of any bacteria, the test group Ⅰ added with stalk fermentation live dry bacteria, the test group Ⅱ added with an enhanced roughage degrading agent, and the test group Ⅲ added with cellulase. After silaged for 30 d, the bag opened to detect the nutritional quality. The results showed that the test group Ⅲ can obtain excellent scores in sensory evaluation, and the scores of other test groups were all good. Test group Ⅲ had the highest crude protein content, and the content of crude fiber, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The pH value of test group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), while the lactic acid was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Adding cellulase to banana stalk and leaves for silage fermentation can improve fermentation quality.
